Inside Park Shore Resort: A Tour of Our 13-Acre Subtropical Grounds

Shaded garden pathway winding past palm trees and pergolas

Most guests book Park Shore Resort for the location — close to the Gulf, close to Naples’ best dining and shopping. But what surprises many first-time visitors is how much time they end up spending without ever leaving the property. Our 13 acres of subtropical grounds are a destination in themselves.

A Genuine Oasis, Not Just a Courtyard

Park Shore Resort isn’t a condo building with a small patch of landscaping out front. We manage a full 13-acre property woven through with waterways, mature tropical gardens, and shaded walking trails. It’s the kind of grounds you’d expect from a much larger resort, scaled to a collection of 47 individually appointed condos.

Wander the Waterways

Quiet canals and lagoons run through the property, home to herons, turtles, and the occasional curious fish. Guests often tell us their favorite part of the stay was an early morning or evening walk along these waterways — no agenda, just the sound of water and birds.

Gardens Built for Slowing Down

The landscaping here has had years to mature, and it shows. Palms, flowering shrubs, and shaded pergolas create pockets of cool, quiet space throughout the resort — perfect for reading, a slow coffee, or simply being outside without needing to be “at the beach” to enjoy Florida’s climate.

Everything Connects

The grounds link the pools, tennis courts, and fitness center together in a way that feels more like a private neighborhood than a typical rental complex. You can walk from your condo to the pool, to the courts, to a garden bench, without ever needing a car.

Why It Matters

A lot of vacation rentals give you four walls and a view. Park Shore Resort gives you 13 acres to actually live in during your stay — which is why so many of our guests say the property itself becomes part of the vacation, not just the backdrop for it.
