Naples Botanical Garden

If Park Shore Resort’s own gardens leave you wanting more, Naples Botanical Garden is the natural next stop. Spread across 170 acres, the garden brings together plant collections from the world’s tropical and subtropical regions — Caribbean, Asian, Brazilian, and Florida native gardens all connected by shaded paths and quiet water features.

It’s an easy, unhurried few hours: wander at your own pace, rest on a bench by the water garden, or take in the view from one of the elevated walkways. Families will find plenty to hold kids’ attention too, from a children’s garden to open lawns for running around.

Mornings are the most comfortable time to visit, especially in the warmer months, and the light through the tree canopy is beautiful for photos. However you spend your time here, it’s a genuinely restorative way to spend part of a Naples day, and a nice complement to time spent among the grounds back at the resort.
