We manage a collection of 47 individually appointed condos set within a 13-acre subtropical resort property in the Park Shore neighborhood of Naples, Florida. Each condo is privately owned and professionally managed, but you’ll have access to shared resort amenities — pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, a fitness center, and beautifully maintained gardens and waterways.
How far is the beach?
Park Shore Beach is just minutes away, whether you choose to walk, bike, or drive. It’s one of the quieter, more residential beaches in Naples — soft sand, calm water, and none of the crowds you’ll find further downtown.
Is parking included?
Yes. On-site complimentary parking is available for guests, so you won’t need to budget for parking fees or hunt for street spots during your stay.
What’s included in the condo itself?
Each condo comes fully furnished with a kitchen ready for real cooking, comfortable living space, and a private lanai for outdoor relaxing. Specific layouts, bedroom counts, and views vary by unit — our team can help match you to the right one.
Do I need a car?
Not necessarily. Between the resort’s own amenities, the walkable Venetian Bay shopping and dining district nearby, and the proximity to the beach, many guests get by comfortably without one. That said, a car makes it easier to explore the wider Naples and Southwest Florida area if you’d like to venture further.
